Working Hours

Our standard business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Any communications sent outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.

Email & SMS Communication Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice for Scheduled Changes: For mass email and SMS campaigns, we require a 48-hour notice for any scheduled changes, campaigns, or requests. This ensures that we have enough time to process your request and provide timely and accurate support.
  • Weekend Scheduling: If you request us to schedule anything on the weekend, we can accommodate this request. However, please note that we may not manage the campaign or make adjustments during the weekend. If anything goes wrong or changes occur during the weekend, ForeverCRM is not responsible for any issues that may arise.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Legal Responsibility: ForeverCRM is not responsible for any legal issues that occur from the content you provide, including text copies, email copies, or other marketing materials. It is your responsibility to ensure that your communication complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Carrier Blocks: We are not responsible for any blocks or disruptions caused by text or email carriers. We use Twilio for carrier services, and if Twilio experiences downtime or issues causing your messages not to go through, ForeverCRM is not responsible. If your SMS or email blast number gets blocked by a carrier, we can assist you with obtaining a new number, but cannot assist in getting an existing number unblocked. The unblocking process depends on your usage and carrier policies.
  • Billing Issues: ForeverCRM is not responsible for any billing issues that may occur, including failed card transactions or interruptions in service due to non-payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is up to date, and sufficient funds are available in your account. If there are any issues with your payment method or funds that result in service interruptions (e.g., SMS blast failure), ForeverCRM will not be liable for any losses or issues that arise. You are solely responsible for maintaining an active account and ensuring that all billing details are correct.

Communication Policy

  • Formal Communication: For any updates, issues, or requests, please email us directly. We prioritize email communication for maintaining formal records and ensuring accuracy.
  • SMS/Text Messaging: ForeverCRM is not responsible for any issues or mistakes arising from communication sent via SMS or text. We recommend that all critical information or requests be sent through email for a more formal and traceable communication process.

Holiday & Emergency Hours

  • Our services are closed on holidays, and responses to any inquiries received during those times will be addressed as soon as possible after the holiday period.
  • In case of an emergency, please specify it clearly in your communication, and we will do our best to prioritize it.

Response Times

  • We strive to reply to all communications within 24-48 hours. For urgent matters, please indicate urgency, and we will prioritize accordingly.
  • Non-urgent issues may take longer depending on current workloads.

Lead Response Agent Service

  • Timing & Package Requirements: The Lead Response Agent will work only during the scheduled hours that were mutually agreed upon between the client and ForeverCRM. For example, if the Lead Response Agent is contracted for 20 hours per week, they will only work within the designated time slots. If you need more hours, you must upgrade to the 40-hour per week package and adjust the schedule accordingly.
  • Call Handling: The Lead Response Agent will handle customer inquiries and follow-ups based on the information provided in your account. However, ForeverCRM is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data entered into the system or missed follow-ups due to inaccurate information.
  • Call Recording: All calls made through the Lead Response Agent service may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By using this service, you consent to these recordings, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
  • Compliance with Regulations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your campaigns comply with all applicable regulations, including GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy and marketing laws. ForeverCRM is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from non-compliance with these regulations.

Troubleshooting Limits

While we strive to resolve any technical issues related to the ForeverCRM platform, we are not responsible for issues caused by external factors such as internet service interruptions, third-party platform failures, or software conflicts.

AI Generated Content Disclaimer

When using AI tools like ChatGPT to write SMS copies, it’s important to be aware that AI can automatically include special symbols, long dashes, and even apostrophes as symbols rather than characters, which can increase your segment count. While you may use a prompt such as:

“Write an optimized SMS copy, the economical copy, without symbols, long dashes”

Even with such prompts, AI can still generate apostrophes or other symbols that affect the message length and increase the segment cost. For example, an apostrophe can be treated as a symbol, which may lead to unnecessary segmentation and higher costs.

ForeverCRM is not responsible for any additional costs or damage caused by using AI-generated copies that include symbols, apostrophes, or other characters that may increase your SMS segment count. It is your responsibility to review and remove such symbols from your message before sending it to ensure that your message is economical and within the desired character limit.
